Job Description: - Project wise tracking of expenses of Domestic & Overseas operations.
- Annual reports, Consolidation of Accounts of companies based in   various countries.
- Finalization of Accounts.
- Budgetary Control for Revenue and Capex.
Candidate & Profile:
- Must be a CA with 4+ yrs of post qualification experience in hardcore   accounts.
- Young and Dynamic (below 35 years).
- Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxes (Income Tax, service Tax, VAT).
- Knowledge in Compliances with various laws related to Corporate    Laws, Securities Accts.
- Knowledge of US GAAP would be preferred.
- Qualified CISA, DISA candidates would be an added advantage.

Jr. Accountant- B.Com / M.Com age in between 20 - 25 yrs and having 3 - 5 yrs relevant experience preferably with the Listed Companies in independently handling Accounts. Job involves travel at branches of the Company in India.
