Data
Conversion
We convert Text documents to a variety of digital
formats. For text conversions we accept paper documents
as well as scanned images as input. Conversion is
done to fully searchable text.
Data
Entry
Our Offshore centres will incorporate data entry and
data processing. Proper workflow processes will be
developed to ensure high accuracy and quick turnaround.
We recognize that proper field validations are required
to achieve high accuracy levels. Each project is treated
independently and systems are designed around the
requirements of the specific project.
Keyboarding
In several cases, particularly legacy documents, or
documents with colored background, heavy equations
& tables, it is not possible to convert the document
into a text form using OCR. In these cases documents
are keyboarded to convert them into a fully searchable
text file.
OCRing
The use of OCR has helped reduce the price of document
conversion. However, due to the errors, which creep
in during the conversion process, a full proofing
and clean up becomes important to retain high levels
of accuracy. Our Production team is well versed with
various OCR software and are equipped to handle any
kind of OCR job. Dependent on the nature of the document,
the best- suited software is used.

Hours Service
Our production facilities work round the clock. With
over 40 tables working on overnight and 24 hour turnaround
jobs, we will be well equipped to produce over 400
pages of fully converted Text Files within a 12 hour
period and over 800 files in 24 hours.

Control
Quality Control has been the key

Microsystems (India) Ltd.[ITMIL]) Quality Control goes beyond
data accuracy. For us, it includes schedule adherence,
communication, customer relation and all the other
aspects, which go into delivering a good product.
While we do follow several
quality check procedures, we depend more on building
quality into the process rather than an inspection
model. This has helped us to deliver high quality
work with very little re-work.
A separate Quality Control
team co-ordinates with the production floor by developing
systems which will help enhance quality, providing
feedback on operator performance, logging the kind
of errors made, preparing a list of possible errors
which can be made and so on. This co-ordination will
have a synergy resulting in a highly quality-driven
workforce.
Training programs
are regularly conducted not only on technical tools,
which help to maintain quality, but also on attitudes
and approaches, which are needed in an individual
to achieve quality.
